General terms and conditions

In this section, EasyPay AD provides to the payment service users information about upcoming changes to the EasyPay Terms and Conditions. If a payment service user dos not agree to the upcoming change, they have the right to opt out of the respective service and terminate any associated agreements at any time before the effective date of the changes, without incurring any fees or liabilities. If the payment service user does not expressly opt out of using the service, they are considered to have agreed and accepted the changes in the terms and conditions.

Dear clients,
We would like to inform you that, starting from June 9, 2025, a new clause 5.3 will be added to Section VII of the General Terms and Conditions for use of Microaccount, with the following content:
5.3. In the event that there have been no transactions on the account for a period of one calendar year, the account may be closed automatically by EasyPay AD, thereby terminating the Agreement under the General Terms and Conditions for Microaccount.
