Online payments with

You can pay your utility bills, transfer money and shop online. It's so easy!

A Payment Account is an online payment system, opened and maintained by EasyPay through the website EasyPay is licensed by the BNB electronic money institution, entered in the public register under Art. 19 of the Law on Payment Services and Payment Systems (LPSPS), with Decision № 258 of the BNB Governing Council from 25.10.2018. EasyPay provides payment services per art. 4, items 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the LPSPS.

To receive a Payment Account, you need to register in the electronic payment system Each registered user gets a Payment Account for free. If you already have an account, you can activate your Payment Account after logging in with your password and username.

With a Payment Account you can use any of the following services:
  • pay your utility bills (power, water, heating, mobile, internet, etc.) online through
  • shop online with all merchants, registered at
  • send money to other registered users
  • receive money into your Payment Account from other registered users
  • make money transfers. The cash can be received at any EasyPay office
  • receive money directly into your Payment Account through cash at any EasyPay office
  • receive money into your Payment Account through a bank transfer
  • make bank transfers through

To use your Payment Account for online payments on, you need to have sufficient funds in it. The payment system provides different ways to fund your Payment Account: using your bank card at an ATM or through via a bank transfer or by depositing cash at any EasyPay office.
