Receiving an International Money Transfer

You can receive an international money transfer within 5 minutes of it being sent, regardless of the destination:

• 1. Visit a convenient EasyPay location.
• 2. Present the transfer reference number provided by the sender, along with a valid identity document.

At any participating EasyPay location, you can receive money sent to you via Ria Money Transfer, MoneyGram, Western Union, UPT, Cashline Money Transfer or FexoPay.

Sending an International Money Transfer

To send an international money transfer:

• 1. Present a valid identity document and specify the recipient's country.
• 2. Provide the recipient's mobile phone number and full name, written in Latin characters.
• 3. You will receive a receipt containing the details of your transfer, along with its unique Reference Number.

Important! The Reference Number is unique and must only be shared with the recipient, as it is required to identify and collect the transfer.

• 4. Inform the recipient that they can collect the money from an international partner location in the country specified for the transfer. They will need the Reference Number you have provided, as well as a valid identity document. The name on the identity document must match exactly the name provided when the transfer was sent.

In some countries, the recipient may be asked to provide additional information when collecting the money, such as the sender's name, the exact transfer amount and the country from which the transfer was sent.

• 5. The recipient can collect the money within 5 minutes of the transfer being sent.

You can also send money directly to a bank or payment account abroad. To do so, you will need to provide the recipient's account number and full name, the destination country and the recipient's bank.
